The 2026 HeartCare Gathering officially takes place on April 18, 2026.
2026強心聯誼會已於4/18圓滿完成，
感謝病友、家屬及醫護團隊熱情參與。
本次活動包含心衰竭藥物治療、血管照護、
超慢跑帶動跳及病友交流分享，
透過知識傳遞與彼此陪伴，
讓每位參與者都能在交流中獲得支持與力量。
